3 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup sugar
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 stick margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
Put this into your casserole dish
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1/3 cup flour
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Cook brown sugar, margarine, and flour until bubbly. Quickly add coconut and nuts, then spread over potatoes. (Make sure you let the first ingredients start to bubble before you add the other stuff)
Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes
